This outdoor photo installation, on view in Los Angeles, CA and Brooklyn, NY, features images from the Oscar-nominated documentary short film All the Empty Rooms.
For the past 8 years, journalist Steve Hartman and photographer Lou Bopp have embarked on a cross-country journey to memorialize the bedrooms of children killed in school shootings — a powerful reflection on the lives behind the headlines and the urgent need to address the ongoing epidemic of gun violence.
This exhibit features a selection from more than 10,000 photographs taken on that journey spanning communities across the country, from Nashville and Uvalde to Parkland, Sandy Hook, and Santa Clarita.
